**Message Frequency:**
Message frequency varies based on your loan status, inquiry type, and communication preferences. You may receive up to approximately 10 messages per month during active loan processing, and fewer during initial inquiry stages.
**Costs:**
Message and data rates may apply. CMS Mortgage does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging rates apply. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
**How to Opt In:**
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from CMS Mortgage by:
– Submitting a contact or inquiry form on our website (cmsmortgage.com) and checking the SMS consent checkbox
– Submitting a referral form provided by one of our referral partners
– Texting **START** to our designated phone number
**How to Opt Out:**
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
– Replying **STOP** to any message you receive from us

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
