A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Melissa Okrasinski, Branch Manager and Senior Loan Originator for CMS Mortgage Solutions, Inc. located in Fredericksburg , VA, entered into the mortgage industry in 2001 and has been with CMS since December of 2014. With Extensive knowledge and experience in the finance industry as a whole, Melissa's highest priority is to set proper expectations for her clients.
Melissa lives in Fredericksburg, VA with her husband, Jeremy, and two children, Madeline and Logan. She is obsessed with the local, downtown culture in Fredericksburg. Her absolute favorite past time is any time spent with my family - whether they are vacationing on a beach somewhere or walking Caroline Street - if she is with them, she is fulfilled. Melissa is a member of the Rappahannock Rotary and the Fredericksburg Main Street Initiative. She is always actively seeking ways to give back to the local community, especially the homeless population. Melissa believes that if her expertise is in the housing industry, she is to help ALL of her neighbors, regardless of what pays and what does not.
In her own words when asked what sets her apart from other MLO's she states, "Helping clients choose the best mortgage product to fit with their financial needs, not the product that best suits the "sale"."
