Corrina Carter, Owner/CEO of CMS Mortgage Solutions, Inc., entered into the mortgage industry in 1994 as a young energetic Mortgage Loan Originator. She was soon recognized as a leader and was taken under the wing of power house mortgage lenders who carefully molded her into becoming one of the most sought after Mortgage Brokers in the Hampton Roads and Northern Virginia Areas. Corrina has worked independently since 1998, running a full net branch operation, and then opened her own mortgage company in 2005 in Chesapeake, VA. In December of 2014, CMS opened theri Northern Virginia Branch in Fredericksburg, VA. Corrina is known for her intensive research and training, producing “TOP NOTCH” MLO’s.
Corrina is a FHA, VA, Conventional and Reverse Mortgage Expert. Her level of experience in loan origination, processing and underwriting sets her among the top mortgage loan originators in the area. Corrina, as well as CMS, thrives on current mortgage loan programs that will benefit everyone.
