The new year is just beginning and so many new opportunities are here! With that in mind, it’s time to announce our January employee of the month. Our employee of the month (EOM) program provides an opportunity for our team to nominate and reward employees who embody CMS Mortgages values of Live, Love, Mortgage.

Interview With Keisha

CMS's Social Media Manager, Katrina Porter recently spoke with Keisha to discuss the recognition:

What is your current position with CMS Mortgage?

- Keisha "I am a member of the Closing Compliance Team."

How long have you been with us?

- Keisha "Oh wow! While I have known about CMS before it even had a name, I've really been a part of the family for about two years now."

What do you like most about working at CMS?

- Keisha "I love the daily challenge. You know there are tough lessons that are learned, but once you get over the hill it’s just so amazing. To know that you’re really trusted to get the job done is such a rewarding feeling."

Here’s the “hard” question. You were nominated and ultimately selected to be CMS’s Employee of the Month because you embody CMS’s values: Live. Love & Mortgage. Which one of the values do you think you most represent and why?

Keisha "Definitely living. You just know and feel the greatness of seeing someone become a homeowner, and to know that you've helped make that possible. Nothing else compares."
