Congrats to Our First Winner, Emily Miller!

The fall weather is upon us and the third quarter of an exciting year is drawing to a close. With that in mind, it's time to announce the kickoff of our employees of the month program and celebrate our first selection. Our employee of the month (EOM) program provides an opportunity for our team to nominate and reward employees who embody CMS Mortgages values of Live, Love, Mortgage.

• Live: We're driven, we're passionate, and we love tough problems and new challenges in the mortgage industry. You don't hear a lot of "I don't know how" or "I can't" at CMS Mortgage. When faced with an obstacle, we tackle it.
• Love: Above all, we're a team first. That means we show up for each other, act with empathy, and bring our authentic selves to work every day. We're growing this company not for our own personal gain, but for each other and our customers.
