A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Hello, I'm Raul P. Moreno, Jr., a mortgage broker with close to 20 years of experience in retail and mortgage lending who is committed to getting you the best deal. Let's be honest, before you wanted someone local that you knew and trusted even if the rate you were getting was a bit high because nobody wanted to deal with out-of-state bank's or a bank that simply wasn't a brick and mortar shop. My how things have changed - now customer's still want someone they can trust but don't mind who is funding their loan as long as they get a good rate and are treated on a personal level…Well you've come to the right place and lender.
Born in California and raised in deep South Texas in the City of Roma, I graduated from Roma High School, attended Laredo Jr. College and The University of Texas Pan-American while starting my career in the banking sector. I married my high school sweetheart and have 3 wonderful children.
While working in the industry I noticed that mortgage lending could be overwhelming and sometimes discouraging to some borrower's if not most as there are a lot of moving pieces and parts in a mortgage loan. Rest assured that I am here to explain it in the most sensible and meaningful way. I will take care of my clients as if they were family…By being there every step of the way and making sure that all your questions are answered and that all your goals are met. I am also fluent (reading, writing and speaking) in the Spanish language.
As a broker, I am not limited to just one rate sheet to service our clients. We have access to a multitude of rate sheets to help find the right product to meet the client’s needs and accomplish the goal of home ownership. Every transaction is different, and I am glad that I have the tools available to help each client instead of trying to fit everyone in the same box.
